The Oregon School Facilities Management Association consists of members from public and private schools throughout Oregon. We are facilities managers, operations staff, custodians, maintenance staff, and groundskeepers dedicated to the upkeep of our schools and providing the most appropriate educational environment for students.
The application will be a fillable . It must be downloaded and saved to your computer to function properly.
Generally, applications are made available in January of each year.
The student must have a current OSFMA member as an employee of their school or district.

Applications will be reviewed and selected prior to the OSFMA Annual Conference held in April of each year. Awardees will be announced during the conference and will have the opportunity to receive the award in person.
** OSFMA Employees, Board Members, Scholarship Committee Members and families are not eligible to participate in the Scholarship Program.
