We think our Trade Show is a valuable and worthwhile experience. And it's one of the more affordable trade shows around. Check out the information and let us know if you have any questions.

Registration is open and served first come, first served. Email the completed registration to us to secure your space in line.

Early Bird (March 4)
$650 per booth

Regular (after March 4)
$700 per booth

(Must be a member. Membership billed separately.)

EXHIBIT BOOTH registration includes one 10’ x 10’ space. Space includes:

  • 8’ tall backdrop, 3’ side walls, table with tablecloth, 2 chairs, and one - 120V outlet.
  • Two representative registrations. (All people who will be onsite during the conference must be registered! Additional registrations available for purchase prior to the conference.)
  • Two Thursday lunch tickets. (Additional tickets are available for purchase prior to the conference).
  • A gift.
  • Wi-Fi throughout the Expo Center. (As provided by the facility. OSFMA does not guarantee the availability or service level of internet access.)

Registration Process

  • Download all exhibit packet documents.
  • Review the Rules and Information.
  • Determine what level of Partnership you'd like. Choose booths accordingly.
  • Fill out the registration form.
  • Email the registration form to us.
  • Wait for an invoice to pay via credit card or check.
  • You will be notified of your booth selection when you receive the event confirmation and invoice. If there is an issue with choice, we will contact you.
  • We'll send the exhibit service provider information to arrange for additional booth furnishings or shipping.


Credit cards
Once registration is submitted, we will process it and send an invoice. The “designated member” will receive a confirmation email with instructions for how to pay via credit card.

We accept checks that are mailed and include a copy of the invoice or registration form. Mail your check to:

Innovation Space

Do you have a fantastic demo that could bring attention to your company?

There is no better value for attendees when attending a tradeshow than seeing a first-hand display of what the exhibitor does. A demonstration can show potential customers what they didn’t know they needed. Explaining your services in a visual manner shows people why you stand out from the competition.

A team of OSFMA representatives will review all proposals and choose demos based on the merits of the proposals and breadth of topics. We will contact you and let you know whether your demonstration has been accepted. Must be a registered exhibitor to demo a product.


  • The demo space is located on the Trade Show floor and called Innovation Space. This gives you secondary exposure to all attendees outside of your booth space.
  • Your company name and logo will be in the conference program more than once. A special page for the demos will show off your name and what time viewers can come see you.
  • Your company name on the OSFMA webpage.
  • A sign with your company name will be placed in a heavy traffic area for attendees to note the time of your demo.
  • An announcement with your company name and time of demo will be made over the loudspeaker. With a reminder right before the demo starts.
  • Attendees will be encouraged to attend the demos so they have a better understanding of your company.
  • It is a good opportunity for Q & A.
  • You can announce your demo and time on your own web page or social media and encourage the OSFMA members to check out your demonstration.
