Exhibit Hall

Are you a company who has products or services for school operations, facilities, or grounds? We'd love to have you participate in our Annual Conference.

The Exhibit Hall is a valuable, worthwhile, and affordable experience. Don't miss the opportunity to spend time getting to know your clients and prospective customers. 

Registration is open and served first come, first served. Email the completed registration to us to secure your space in line.

We invite exhibit representatives to attend all workshops, meals, and activities.

Business Partnerships

If you'd like to partner with OSFMA on a more frequent basis, check out the Partnership Program packages available. 

New in 2023

The exhibit hall will be open for both days of the conference. 

Representative registration now includes ALL meals, workshops, and the dinner party on Wednesday. Take advantage of the additional networking time to build customer relationships. Badges must be worn at all times and may not be shared.

Exhibit Booth registration includes two representative registrations. Additional registrations may be purchased in advance. 

Registration Process

  • Download and review all exhibit information.
  • Determine what level of Partnership your company would like.
  • Fill out and submit the registration form.
  • Wait for an invoice to pay via credit card or check.
  • You will be notified of your booth selection when you receive the event confirmation and invoice. If there is an issue with choice, we will contact you.

Early Bird Booth Fee - $800
Regular Booth Fee - $875
Additional Representative Registrations - $140 each
Membership - $60 per company. Billed separately.


Credit cards
Once registration is submitted, we will process it and send an invoice. The “designated member” will receive a confirmation email with instructions for how to pay via credit card.

We accept checks that are mailed and include a copy of the invoice or registration form. Mail your check to:
