Exhibit Hall REGISTRATION

Are you a company who has products or services for school operations, facilities, or grounds? We'd love to have you participate in our Annual Conference.

We think our Exhibit Hall is a valuable and worthwhile experience. And it's one of the more affordable opportunities around. 

Registration is open and served first come, first served. Email the completed registration to us to secure your space in line.

We invite exhibit representatives to attend all workshops, meals, and activities.

Registration

Each BOOTH registration includes:

  • 10' x 10' booth
  • Two representative registrations (Includes all meals, workshops, and the dinner and party on Wednesday. All reps onsite during the conference must be registered! Additional registrations can be purchased in advance.)
  • Standard booth furnishings (8’ tall backdrop, 3’ side walls, 6' table with tablecloth, 2 chairs, and one - 120V outlet)

Business Membership is required to register. Billed separately.

Early Bird (March 4)
$825 per booth

$150 each additional representative

Regular (after March 4)
$900 per booth

$150 each additional representative

Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to OSFMA. Registration and additional representative fees are refundable before March 8, 2024, less a $150 fee. No refunds will be made after March 8, unless the space is resold.

Illness

If any representatives are showing symptoms of flu, covid, or other respiratory infection, are not feeling well, or have been exposed to COVID, please do not attend the conference. We will work with you to register alternate representatives or cancel registration without detriment.

Registration Process

  • Email the registration form to us.
  • Wait for an invoice to pay via credit card or check.
  • Your booth assignment will be included in the confirmation email. If there is an issue with choices, we will contact you.
  • You'll receive the exhibit service provider (Fern Expo - OneView) information mid-March to arrange for additional booth furnishings or shipping.

Payment

Credit cards
We have to process registration before an invoice can be created. The business member will receive a confirmation email with instructions for how to pay via credit card.
